Testing

The main service of Idvorsky Laboratories is testing of electronic, IT, radio-telecommunication and many others electrical products and systems. Testing is important to prove product conformity in line with:

  • Requirements of standards (EN, IEC, CISPR, ETSI, ANSI…)
  • European Union directives (CE marking)
  • Serbian rulebooks to products (AAA mark)
  • Products certification
  • Special requirements (automotive, military, navy, railway…)

ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY TESTING (EMC)

Some of accredited test methods we provide are:

  • Harmonic emission (EN 61000-3-2)
  • Flicker emission (EN 61000-3-3)
  • Immunity to Electrical Fast Transients / Burst (EFT/B) up to 4.8 kV (EN 61000-4-4)
  • Immunity to Surge up to 6 kV (EN 61000-4-5)
  • Dips, short interruptions and voltage variation immunity (EN 61000-4-11)
  • Power frequency magnetic field immunity up to 40 A/m (EN 61000-4-8)
  • Pulse magnetic field immunity up to 1000 A/m (EN 61000-4-9)
  • Immunity to Electrostatic Discharge  (ESD) up to 30 kV (EN 61000-4-2)
  • Conducted RF emission 9 kHz – 30 MHz (EN 55022, EN 55032, EN 55016-2-1 or similar)
  • Radiated RF emission 30 MHz – 2,7 GHz (EN 55022, EN 55032, EN 55016-2-3 or similar)
  • Conducted RF immunity 150 kHz – 230 MHz up to 10 V (EN 61000-4-6)
  • Immunity to radiated RF fields 80 MHz – 2,7 GHz up to 10 V/m (EN61000-4-3)
  • On site EMC testing of machines and systems

 

We are also able to offer wide range of the other tests for developing or preliminary (pre-compliance) EMC testing of your products:

RADIO SPECTRUM TESTING (RF/Radio)

 

Some of accredited test methods we provide are:

TRAINING AND CONSULTATIONS
 
Idvorsky Laboratories provide training and consultation for test methods, using of  standards, technical files preparation for conformity assessment regarding to applicable rulebooks and directives for electrical, electronic, IT and radio telecommunication equipment

SAFETY (LVD) testing:

  • Continuity – low resistance ( up to 9.999 Ohm @ 10/25 Aac; up to 999.9 Ohm @ 0.1/0.2 Aac; 4 wires measuring system)
  • Voltage drop (up to 100 V scaled to 10 Aac)
  • Insulation resistance (up to 999 MOhm @ 250 Vdc, 500 Vdc and 1000 Vdc)
  • PE leakage current (up to 20 mA)

  • Functional (Active Power and Apparent Power up to 3500W, 40 V, 15.9 A, cos Phi 0 – 1, 45Hz – 65Hz)
  • Discharge time (0 – 10 s @ safe levels 60 V, 120 V)
  • Ingress protection (up to IP67) and Impact code (up to IK10)
  • Temperature (up to 700 °C)
  • Clearance and Creepage distances
