The main service of Idvorsky Laboratories is testing of electronic, IT, radio-telecommunication and many other electrical products and systems. The testing is important to prove product conformity in line with:

• Requirements of standards (SRPS, EN, IEC, CISPR, ETSI, ANSI…)
  
• European Union directives and regulations (CE marking)
• Serbian rulebooks to products (AAA mark)
  
• Technical regulations of other countries (FCC for USA, ISED for Canada, UKCA for UK)

• Special technical requirements (automotive, military, navy, railway…)

Product certification is process of certifying that a certain product meets standards, technical regulations and normative requirements through the procedure that is called third-party conformity assessment. 

Idvorsky Labotories as independent Certification Body provides conformity assessment service for electronic devices and radio equipment to manufacturers and importers, in line with technical regulations of Rulebook of Electromagnetic Compatibility (Official Gazette of Republic of Serbia 25/2016 and 21/2020) and Rulebook on Radio Equipment (Official Gazette of Republic of Serbia 24/2024). Both Rulebooks are mandatory in Serbia under Law on Technical Requirements for Products and Conformity Assessment (Official Gazette of Republic of Serbia 49/2021).

Idvorsky Laboratories provide general and specialized technical trainings and trainings for test methods, using of standards, technical files preparation for conformity assessment and application of rulebooks, directives, regulations and technical regulations for electrical, electronic, IT and radio telecommunication equipment.

Note: These trainings do not provide consultations regarding ISO/IEC 17065 for certain product (either for Your product or a similar product of an another manufacturer), even through the specialized (a few selected topics) or B2B trainings.

Examination and review of technical documentation for electrical, electronic, IT and radio products according to module A or complete certification in cooperation with Notified bodies from the European Union according to module B/C in line with:

• EMC Directive 2014/30/EU
• RED Directive 2014/53/EU
• LVD Directive 2014/35/EU
• Energy Labelling Regulations
• Eco Design Regulations
• RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU + Amendments
• etc.

Note: These services do not include providing of technical documentation or other activities on behalf of the manufacturer, nor consultations regarding ISO/IEC 17065.

Examination and review of technical documentation for electrical, electronic, IT and radio products for conformity assessment according to module A (internal quality control) in line with the Serbian technical regulations:

• Rulebook on Electromagnetic Compatibility
• Rulebook on Radio Equipment
• Rulebook on the electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits
• Regulation on energy labeling for energy-related products
• Regulation on eco-design for energy-related products
• Rulebook on energy labelling of electronic displays
• Rulebook on ecodesign requirements for off mode, standby mode, and networked standby energy consumption of electrical and electronic household and office equipment
  
• Rulebook on eco-design requirements for external power supplies
• Rulebook on eco-design requirements for simple set-top boxes (STB)
• Rulebook on eco-design requirements for electronic displays

Note: These services do not include providing of technical documentation or other activities on behalf of the manufacturer, nor consultations regarding ISO/IEC 17065. As an additional measure of impartiality, WE CAN NOT provide conformity assessment service as an accredited Certification Body (if the manufacturer chose certification according to module B) and examination/review (if the manufacturer chose certification according the module A) for the same product.
